What is merino wool?
Merino wool is made from the merino sheep. The sheep breed is especially praised for the exceptional quality of its wool. One of the characteristics of merino wool is that it has ten times more hairs per centimetre than normal sheep. Therefore these hairs have a very fine structure. This makes merino wool very soft. Merino wool has a natural wax layer, the lanolin. This ensures that the wool stays supple.

Super nice. Our Bengals love them. So much fun that within an hour they are bare balls. I find it hard to judge because I love the concept but unfortunately they are not bengal proof ?
