Almost all items ordered from the website can be returned within 14 days.

The products must be undamaged and - as far as reasonably possible - in the original packaging. To be able to return or exchange an item, it is mandatory to be able to present your proof of purchase. A valid proof of purchase is your receipt or the packing slip you received upon delivery.

The withdrawal period for internet orders is 14 days.

Snacks, vouchers, gift certificates and coupons cannot be returned. Even if they have not yet been used.

As our products are manufactured using a natural process and in compliance with the standards of the Convention on the Conservation of European Wildlife and Natural Habitats (1982) and the Wildlife and Countryside Act (1981), it may not be possible to replace the returned product.
At that point you will receive an email from us with a choice of either a similar product or a refund for the returned product.

If you choose to have the amount refunded, we will ensure that the amount is transferred back to your account within 14 days. If you still have not received the amount after the 14-day period, we recommend that you contact your bank. In some cases, the period may differ from bank to bank.

If you have used the item and it is clearly demonstrable that there are traces of use from playing or remnants of fur from the cat, then Tabby Tijger refuse a return. We cannot accept as a return any ordered products from our range which contain traces of use by the cat due to hygienic reasons.

Legal minimum guarantee:
We apply the legal minimum guarantee for the delivery of goods if they do not comply with the order placed. As far as possible and reasonable, you have the choice between repair or replacement. Only in the event that the repair or replacement is excessive or impossible, or cannot be carried out within a reasonable period of time, do you have the right to demand a price reduction or the rescission of the contract of sale. If the defect or fault becomes apparent within 6 months of delivery, it is assumed to have already existed before delivery unless we can prove otherwise. After 6 months, you yourself will have to prove that the defect was already present at the time of delivery.

Additional guarantee for cat toys:
About 98% of the toys from Tabby Tijger are made by hand, with the exception of all products in the food department, of course. And although we apply a very strict quality control, it is still possible that a feather or a ribbon comes loose during play. Don't forget that cats can get very involved in the game and therefore regard the toys as prey. Therefore, when you unpack the toys, make sure that everything is secured before you start playing.

Given the nature of the toys, we can only extend this additional guarantee to the cat toys.

This additional Tabby Tijger This additional guarantee is invalidated if the fishing rod has been subjected to improper modifications or repairs or if the product has been used for purposes other than normal use. Even if we find that it is obvious that cats have worked on the rod (bite marks, etc...).".

The additional Tabby Tijger guarantee conditions apply to defects in cat toys due to material, construction and/or manufacturing faults. These will be replaced by us free of charge, of course after evaluation by our customer service department.
We always ask for a photo of the defective handle so that we have a better idea of what is wrong.

The warranty period starts on the day of purchase and can only be granted upon presentation of the proof of purchase of the rod or the confirmation email sent after the purchase. The proof of purchase/confirmation email must state the date of purchase and the name of the dealer. The guarantee is granted in the country of purchase and in accordance with the locally applicable legislation.

We recommend that you register the rod on our website. That way you will get full support and service on bending or breaking of the rod and/or cord. You can register via this link.

The cost of shipping is not included in our guarantee conditions unless otherwise decided by the Tabby Tijger customer service. Items returned without consultation will not be taken for our account.
