In the wild, this is the only bird in the world with a dialect! Yep, you read it right, a chaffinch sings with a dialect and he may squeak out a completely different tune if your house tiger grazes him. This chaffinch looks so real that it is indistinguishable from the real chaffinches in the garden.
If you want to warm up your house tiger with the sound of the tick, now is your chance: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/b/bb/Fringilla_coelebs_song.ogg
We don't know what 'Finch' dialect this is, but we think the cat will soon find out. We bet it won't take a minute for both of them to fly around the living room.

My cat never played with a fishing rod, until I bought this one! He really enjoys it... only downside 🙂 I think he sees it as "training" the other day he came home with a sparrow....

Hey medekatten, Mylo hier!

FANTASTIC! Both my 4-year old tomcat and my 10-month old kitten love this little finch on a fishing rod. It is also just like a real animal when you move it.
I have never seen my 4 year old male chase it like this before! As soon as he has caught it, he runs away triumphantly to a hiding place where he will lick his prey between his paws. We have been playing with it for at least 10 minutes every day for about two weeks now and I have not seen anything break on the little finch, although they are very rough with it.

My cat loves this little bird during the intense playtime and gives chase enthusiastically. When she hungrily lurks at the cupboard where the little finch is stored, I know that a new wild hunt is about to begin.
