Naturally, we answer all questions as quickly as possible. In some cases, the same questions arise frequently. That's why we've already answered the most frequently asked questions for you on this page. Still unsure or can't find the answer? Please contact us just in case.

Order from Tabby Tiger

At Tabby Tijger you can only order online through our shop: www.tabbytijger.be.

Ordering is very easy: Once you've placed your desired items in your cart, you can easily review them again, make any necessary changes, and order them using the "View/Edit Cart" button. You can also redeem your discount code here.

Everything okay? Then continue via "Continue to checkout.".

On the "Checkout" page, you'll first need to enter your information. You can create an account so you can always track your order status and view previous orders. You'll also enter your delivery address if it differs from your billing address. Once you've done all of this, choose your preferred payment method. Now all you have to do is click "Place order and pay" and you're done shopping.

You'll then receive a confirmation email from us, followed by another email later to confirm your package has been shipped. This email will also include a track and trace code. 

If you need assistance, please contact our customer service, they will be happy to help you.

Generally, there's no minimum or maximum order value at Tabby Tijger. However, you may need to meet a minimum order value to use a discount voucher. Please check the terms and conditions of your discount voucher for more information.

All Tabby Tiger toys are handmade using natural products. Some items may not always be available, so we might have to temporarily put production on hold. Don't worry, in most cases your item will still be available in the shop. We'll be happy to send you a reminder as soon as it's available again. If you'd like to receive this notification, please contact our customer service. We'll be sure to let you know!

If your order has been successfully placed, you'll receive a confirmation email from us. Didn't receive an email? Please contact our customer service team, who will check your order status for you: klantendienst@tabbytijger.be or by phone at +32 3 6459006 (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM).

There may be charges for calls from abroad.

You can cancel your order if it's not too far along in the processing process. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible, and they will help you at +32 3 6459006. You can also send an email to klantendienst@tabbytijger.be.

If the cancellation was successful, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

It's possible your package isn't supposed to be sent to your regular address, and you might have forgotten to change it while completing your order. No problem! As long as your order hasn't been processed yet, our customer service can still change it for you. 

What can you do in this case? Please contact our customer service by phone as soon as possible. However, if your order is already too far along in the process, it will still be sent to the wrong address. 

When entering your address, please ensure it's correct. And don't forget your house number. 

To view your previous orders, you need an account. Log in and then click "Account." This will show you an overview of the status of all your previous orders.

We're happy to offer you the best service. This includes not only the smooth and fast processing of your order, but also the experience of a personalized package delivered with the cat(s)' name(s) on it.

Pay at Tabby Tiger

At Tabby Tijger you can pay with:

  1. Bancontact/Payconiq
  2. PayPal
  3. iDeal
  4. Satispay

You can certainly return to any of the previous steps during the process. For example, to review your information or change it if necessary. However, for security reasons, your payment completion is not saved.

You can obtain an invoice for your order. Please provide your details as accurately as possible when completing your order. Enter your VAT number in the "Comments" section. To be sure, please contact our customer service by email and request an invoice.

Unfortunately, you cannot pay in installments at Tabby Tijger.

Coupons at Tabby Tiger

Great that you have a voucher/gift card! You can enter your code in the "Use voucher" field during the second-to-last step of your order. Unfortunately, we can't credit your voucher/gift card afterward, but you can, of course, use it on your next order.

Unfortunately, our processing system doesn't allow for retroactive discounts. If you forget to redeem your voucher/gift card, you can always use it on your next order at Tabby Tijger

How annoying! Maybe it's because…

…the code has already been redeemed
…there is a minimum/maximum order value for the voucher/gift card
…the voucher/gift card is not valid on all items you have in your shopping cart
…you can only redeem 1 voucher/gift card per order

If the reason isn't listed, please call our customer service team. They'll be happy to help you find out why your voucher/gift card isn't working!

Unfortunately, vouchers/gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

The voucher issued by Tabby Tijger is only valid for items that can be purchased via www.tabbytijger.be

You cannot use such a voucher at one of the Tabby Tijger sales points in Belgium and the Netherlands.

For Belgium.
Orders under €65:
– delivery to pick-up point €4.00
– home delivery €5.95.
Orders over €65:
– delivery to pick-up point €4.00
– home delivery €3.95

For the Netherlands.
Orders under €65:
– delivery to pick-up point €4.01
– home delivery €5.94.
Orders over €65:
– delivery to pick-up point €4.01
– home delivery €3.96.

For other countries, a different rate applies.
Pick up your order? That's also possible! Please allow two days for processing from the moment you place your order.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the ordering process and are always visible before you finalize your order. Our shipping rates depend on the costs charged by carriers, including transport costs, fuel surcharges, and any peak surcharges during busy periods. Because these costs may change, we reserve the right to adjust our shipping rates based on prevailing market prices and operational costs.

The shipping cost shown during checkout is always the amount applicable to your order at that time.

Occasionally, we offer temporary promotions, such as reduced flat-rate shipping or free shipping on orders over a certain amount. These promotions are only valid for the specified period and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

 The rate shown at checkout always applies.

Items that are immediately available are usually processed and shipped within two business days. We might even deliver your package personally! Because we love surprises too…

After the first email from us confirming your order, you'll receive a second email once your package has been shipped. This email contains a track & trace code you can use to track your package. You can also check the status of your package at any time in your account under "Orders." You'll also receive an order status update via WhatsApp.

We ship your order with DPD, for both Belgium and the Netherlands.

Absolutely! You can have your order delivered to an address other than your billing address. For example, you can have your order delivered to your work address.

 

You're likely receiving a partial delivery. We want you to receive your ordered items as quickly as possible. If one of your items isn't available within 2-4 days, we'll make sure to send the remaining items first, followed by the item that couldn't be delivered within the standard delivery time. You may then receive multiple deliveries from us related to a single order. You can always contact our customer service to confirm this.

Did you check the status of your track and trace link? This link provides all the information about your package's status. If you weren't home when it was delivered, be sure to check around your house first or ask your neighbors if the courier left it there.
