You can return almost all items you order through the website within 14 days.

The products must be undamaged and, to the extent reasonably possible, in their original packaging. To return or exchange an item, you must be able to present proof of purchase. Valid proof of purchase is your receipt or the packing slip you received upon delivery.

The return period for online orders is 14 days.

Snacks, vouchers, gift cards, and tokens cannot be returned, even if they haven't been used.

Because our products are manufactured using a natural process and in accordance with the standards of the Convention on the Conservation of European Wildlife and Natural Habitats (1982) and the Wildlife and Countryside Act (1981), it may happen that the returned product cannot be replaced.
In that case, you will receive an email from us with the option to choose a similar product or a refund for the returned product.

If you choose to have the amount refunded, we will ensure it is transferred back to your account within 14 days. If you still haven't received the amount after 14 days, we recommend contacting your bank. In some cases, the timeframe may vary from bank to bank.

If you have used the item and it clearly shows signs of wear from playing or remnants of cat fur, Tabby Tijger will refuse a return. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products from our range that show signs of wear from the cat.

Statutory minimum warranty:
We apply the statutory minimum warranty period for goods delivered if they do not conform to the order placed. To the extent possible and reasonable, you have the choice between repair or replacement. Only if repair or replacement is excessive, impossible, or cannot be carried out within a reasonable timeframe do you have the right to demand a price reduction or termination of the sales agreement. If the defect or fault manifests within 6 months of delivery, it is deemed to have existed before delivery, unless we can prove otherwise. After 6 months, you will be responsible for proving that the defect was already present at the time of delivery.

Additional guarantee for cat teasers:
Approximately 98% of Tabby Tijger toys are handmade, with the exception of all products in the food section, of course. And despite our strict quality control, it's still possible that a feather or ribbon might come loose during play. Remember, cats can get so caught up in play that they mistake toys for prey. Therefore, when unpacking toys, check that everything is securely fastened BEFORE you start playing.

Due to the nature of the toys, we can only apply this additional guarantee to the cat fishing rods.

This additional Tabby Tiger warranty is void if the rod has been subjected to improper modifications or repairs, or if the product has been used for purposes other than normal use. It also applies if we notice that cats have clearly tampered with the rod (bite marks, etc.)

The additional Tabby Tiger warranty conditions apply to defects in cat teasers due to material, construction, and/or manufacturing errors. These will be replaced free of charge, of course, after assessment by our customer service department.
We always ask for a photo of the defective teaser so we have a better idea of ​​what is wrong.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and is only valid upon presentation of proof of purchase for the rod or the confirmation email sent after purchase. The proof of purchase/confirmation email must include the date of purchase and the name of the dealer. The warranty is provided in the country of purchase and in accordance with local laws.

We recommend registering your rod on our website. This way, you'll receive full support and service if your rod and/or cord bends or breaks. You can register via this link.

Shipping costs are not included in our warranty terms unless otherwise agreed by Tabby Tijger customer service. Items returned without prior consultation will not be covered by our warranty.
