Unsightly lint on acrylic, nylon, and polyester garments is common, but unfortunately, it's not easily or safely removed. The length and strength of artificial fibers hold the lint tightly to the surface of these garments. In contrast, natural fibers like wool, cashmere, and cotton are shorter and more fragile, so lint is better removed with safer and less aggressive methods like the Lilly Brush.
