It goes without saying that we will respond to all questions asked to us as quickly as possible. In some cases, the same questions arise frequently. That is why we have already answered the most frequently asked questions for you on this page. Are you still unsure or can't find the answer? Please contact us to be sure.

Order from Tabby Tijger

At Tabby Tijger you can only order online via our shop: www.tabbytijger.be.

Ordering is very simple: Once you have placed your desired items in your shopping cart, you can easily view the items again via the 'View/Edit shopping cart' button, adjust them if necessary and order them. You can also redeem your discount code here.

Everthing okay? Then continue via 'Proceed to checkout'.

On the 'Checkout' page you must first enter your details. You can create an account to always track the status of your order and consult previous orders. You also enter your delivery address if this differs from your billing address. Once you have done all this, choose your desired payment method. Now all you have to do is click on 'place order and pay' and you are done shopping.

You will then receive a confirmation email from us and later another email to say that your package has been shipped. In this email you will also receive a track and trace code.

In general, there is no minimum or maximum order value at Tabby Tijger. In addition, it may happen that you must have a minimum order value to use a discount voucher, check the conditions of your discount voucher.

All Tabby Tiger toys are made by hand and with natural products. Certain items may not always be available and we therefore have to put the production of the toy on hold for a while. Don't worry, in most cases it is still possible for your item to return to the shop. We will be happy to send you a reminder as soon as the item becomes available again. Would you like to receive such a message from us? Please contact our customer service. We will then inform you!

If your order has gone through successfully, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Didn't receive an email? Contact our customer service, they will immediately find out the status of your order for you: customerservice@tabbytijger.be or by telephone on +32 3 6459006 (Mon to Fri, 08:00 - 19:00) .

There may be charges for calls from abroad.

It is possible to cancel your order if it is not yet too far into the processing process. So contact our customer service as soon as possible and they will help you on +32 3 6459006. You can also send an email to customerservice@tabbytijger.be.

If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

It may happen that your package does not need to be sent to your permanent address, and that you forgot to change this while completing your order. No problem, as long as your order has not yet been processed, our customer service can adjust this for you. 

What can you do in this case? Please contact our customer service by telephone as soon as possible. But if your order is too far along in the process, your order will still be sent to the wrong address. 

When entering your address details, check that they are correct. And don't forget your house number. 

You need an account to view your previous orders. Log in and then click on 'Account', here you will find an overview of the status of all your previous orders.

We are happy to offer you the best service. This not only includes smooth and fast processing of your order, but also the experience of a personalized package that is delivered with the name of the cat(s) on it.

Pay at Tabby Tijger

At Tabby Tijger you can pay with:

  1. Bancontact/Payconiq
  2. PayPal
  3. iDeal
  4. Sofort

You can certainly always return to one of the previous steps during the process. For example, to view your data again or change it if necessary. However, the completion of your payment is not saved for security reasons.

It is possible to obtain an invoice for your order. Fill in your details as best as possible when completing your order. Enter your VAT number in 'Comments'. To be sure, contact our customer service via email and request an invoice.

Unfortunately, you cannot pay in installments at Tabby Tijger.

Vouchers at Tabby Tijger

Nice that you have a voucher/gift voucher in your possession! You can enter your code in the ''Use voucher'' field during the penultimate step of your order. Unfortunately, we can no longer settle your voucher/gift voucher afterwards, so you can of course use it on your next order.

Unfortunately, our processing system does not allow discounts to be settled afterwards. If you have forgotten to redeem the voucher/gift voucher, you can always use it for your next order at Tabby Tijger

How annoying! Maybe it's because…

…the code has already been redeemed once before
…there is a minimum/maximum order value for the voucher/gift voucher
…the voucher/gift voucher is not valid on all items you have in your shopping cart
…you can only use 1 voucher/gift voucher per order hand in

Is the reason not listed? Then call our customer service, they will be happy to help you find out why your voucher/gift voucher does not work!

Unfortunately, vouchers/gift cards cannot be paid out in cash.

The voucher issued by Tabby Tijger is only valid for items that can be purchased via www.tabbytijger.be

You cannot go to one of the Tabby Tijger sales points in Belgium and the Netherlands with such a voucher. 

shipping & delivery at Tabby Tijger

Tabby Tijger pays part of the actual shipping costs for each order. This means that as a consumer we only ask you for a small contribution for shipping under €75. As soon as your order exceeds €75, we will pay the full shipping costs (only in Belgium and the Netherlands).

For smaller orders you pay €6.20 for delivery in Belgium and €6.55 for the Netherlands.

Want to pick up your order? That's possible too! Go to https://tabbytijger.youcanbook.me/ and make your choice when you can pick up your order. Please allow 2 days for processing time from the time you place the order.

Items that are immediately available are usually processed and shipped within 2 working days. We may also deliver your package personally! Because we also love surprises…

After the first email you receive from us, which confirms your order, you will receive a second email when your package has been shipped. This email contains a track & trace code with which you can track your package. You can also always view the status of your package in your account under orders.

We ship your order with PostNL, both for Belgium and the Netherlands.

Of course! You can have your order delivered to an address other than your billing address. For example, you can have your order delivered to your work.

 

You are probably dealing with a partial delivery. Of course, we want you to receive your ordered items as quickly as possible. If an item of yours is not available within 2-4 days, we will ensure that we send the rest of the items first and then the item that could not be delivered within the standard delivery time. You may then receive multiple deliveries from us that are part of an order. You can always contact our customer service to ensure this is the case.

Have you checked the status of your track and trace link? In this link you will find all information about the status of your package. If you were not at home at the time of delivery, the postman should have left a note telling you where to pick it up. Be sure to take a look around your house or ask your neighbors to make sure the postman didn't leave it there.
