You can return almost all items you ordered via the website within 14 days.
The products must be undamaged and - as far as reasonably possible - in the original packaging. In order to return or exchange an item, it is mandatory to present your proof of purchase. A valid proof of purchase is your proof of payment that you received or your packing slip that you received upon delivery.
The withdrawal period for internet orders is 14 days.

You cannot return snacks, vouchers, gift vouchers and vouchers. Even if they haven't been used yet.
Since our products are manufactured using a natural process and in accordance with the standards of the Convention on the Conservation of European Wildlife and Natural Habitats (1982) and the Wildlife and Countryside Act (1981), it may happen that the returned product cannot be replaced .
At that time you will receive an email from us with the choice whether you want a similar product or a refund for the returned product.
If you prefer to have the amount refunded, we will ensure that the amount is transferred back to your account within 14 days. If you have not received the amount after the 14-day period, we recommend that you contact your bank. In some cases the term may differ from bank to bank.

If you have used the item and it is clearly demonstrable that there are signs of wear from playing or remains of the cat's fur, Tabby Tijger will refuse a return. We cannot accept returned products from our range that contain signs of use from the cat for hygienic reasons.
Legal minimum warranty:
We apply the legal minimum warranty period when delivering goods if it does not conform to the placed order. To the extent possible and reasonable, you have the choice between repair or replacement. Only if the repair or replacement is excessive or impossible or cannot be carried out within a reasonable period, you have the right to demand a price reduction or the termination of the sales agreement. If the defect or defect manifests itself within 6 months after delivery, it will be deemed to have existed before delivery, unless we can prove the contrary. After 6 months, you will have to prove that the defect was already present upon delivery.
Additional guarantee for cat rods:
About 98% of Tabby Tijger's toys are handmade, with the exception of all products in the food department of course. And although we apply very strict quality control, it is still possible that a feather or ribbon may come loose during play. Remember that cats can become very absorbed in the game and therefore mistake the toys for prey. Therefore, when unpacking the toys, check whether everything is properly secured BEFORE you start playing.
Given the nature of the toys, we can only apply this additional guarantee to the cat rods.
This additional Tabby Tijger warranty lapses if improper changes or repairs have been made to the fishing rod or if the product has been used other than for normal use. Even if we notice that it is clear that cats have damaged the rod (bite marks, etc.).”
The additional Tabby Tijger warranty conditions apply to defects in cat rods resulting from material, construction and/or manufacturing defects. We will replace these free of charge, of course after assessment by our customer service.
We always ask for a photo of the defective rod so that we have a better idea of what is wrong.
The warranty period starts on the day of purchase and can only be granted upon presentation of proof of purchase of the rod or the confirmation email sent after purchase. The purchase receipt/confirmation email must state the date of purchase and the name of the dealer. The warranty is provided in the country of purchase and in accordance with local legislation.

We recommend that you register the rod on our website. This way you get full support and service if the rod and/or line breaks or breaks. Registration can be done via this link.

The costs of shipping are not included in our warranty conditions unless otherwise decided by Tabby Tijger customer service. As well as items returned without consultation, we will not be responsible for this.
