1. Can I also pick up my order?
It is indeed possible to collect your order. By sending a simple e-mail to our customer service we will make sure that everything is ready for you. Of course, the shipping costs will not be charged. In all other cases, we will deliver your order to the location you specified.

Shipping costs from 1 June 2015:

To Belgium
- Shipping via BPost parcel post + tracking: 3.50 EUR

To The Netherlands
- Shipment via PostNL or DHL parcel post + tracking: 3,50 EUR

2. When will my order arrive?
Our carriers deliver on working days. Items in stock are dispatched as quickly as possible. Even if part of your order is subject to a delivery time and another part is in stock, the items in stock will be dispatched immediately. The delivery time depends on various factors such as availability, payment method and the delivery address. You can calculate the expected delivery time yourself by adding up the estimated time of payment and the estimated time of dispatch.

It is also possible that we deliver your package in person! Because we like surprises, too...

3. As a private individual, am I entitled to a cooling-off period?
Since 12 May 2010, the Act on Market Practices and Consumer Protection (dated 6 April 2010) has been in force. This law has given consumers a stronger legal position, including when buying over the Internet. According to the law, there is a question of distance selling when the consumer and the seller have not seen each other during the purchase. 4. Where can I make a complaint or suggestion?
For suggestions and/or complaints, you can always send an e-mail to our customer service.
- Complaints should be submitted fully and clearly described to Tabby Tijger after the consumer has discovered the defects.

5. What payment methods does Tabby Tijger offer?
We use the following payment methods: MisterCash/Bancontact, Bank transfer and PayPal Express (payment with credit card possible).
You can also pay with iDEAL.

6. To which countries do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Belgium and the Netherlands.

7. You can pay in different ways7.Where can I best have the parcel delivered?
If you place an order as a private person and you work during the day or are not at home, it is best to have the package delivered to your work. You can indicate this when placing your order in the field OBSERVATIONS just before proceeding to complete the order. If you are not at home, the postman will unfortunately not be able to deliver the package. You can then possibly pick up the package at the post office.

The order will be dispatched on the day the payment is received. Bank transfers must be paid within 14 calendar days of the order date.

8. Optimal security during your payment
During the payment process you will be linked to Shopify's secure web environment. Here, the financial data is collected and processed. Tabby Tijger Never save your financial data.

Our payment platform is a PCI Security Level 1 Service Provider. This is the highest level of PCI DSS compliance.

9. Easy ordering in 5 steps
The ordering process consists of 5 steps after you have indicated in the shopping cart that you would like to complete your order.
1. Check your personal data and delivery address (Create account)
2. Your package will be delivered through Bpost or Post NL (shipping)
3. How would you like to pay? (Payment method)
4. Check details (Order summary)
5. Confirm your order (Order completed)

All prices on the site include VAT.

10. Are online shops safer than traditional shops?
Many people think that shopping online is less safe than in a "real" shop. According to a report by research bureau Gartner, just the opposite is true. 11. Is the stock on your website correct?
The stock is updated automatically. It can always happen that a product is out of stock at the last minute while it was otherwise indicated on our site. We will inform you of this at all times.

12. Do I have to give my email address when I place an order?
Yes, that is necessary. You will receive a confirmation of your order by email and a confirmation when your order is shipped to us.

13. What is your policy on privacy and personal protection?
Tabby Tijger respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. We use your data to process the orders as quickly and easily as possible. We will only use these details for any other purpose with your permission.
