1 of my cats is really crazy about mice. So you see a totally different hunting behavior in the cat than with a spring toy. It offers an extra enrichment in the total play package. I personally think the toy is sturdy and remains beautiful for a long time. I always store the toys after playing and give something else as a reward for hunting behavior.
